Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create your first watermarked HR document and explore the workspace — no credit card required. Upgrade when you're ready for clean PDFs, more credits, and additional features.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase a one-time top-up pack. Top-up credits apply on top of your plan's credits.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 2 free — a yearly plan costs 10× the monthly price. Your full year of AI credits is added upfront, so you can use them anytime across the year. You can switch between monthly and yearly anytime from your billing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change plans at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do credits roll over to the next period?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period (monthly, or yearly for annual plans) and don't roll over. One-time top-up credits roll over until they're used.
Are refunds available for unused credits?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep using your plan until the period ends. Top-up packs are non-refundable once issued.
