Please read them carefully.

Our goal is to help growing businesses organize their HR operations with greater confidence, efficiency, and structure.

HRDocket provides tools that allow users to:

  • Generate HR-related documents,

  • Manage employee records,

  • Maintain centralized employee documentation.

The platform is designed for small businesses, startups, agencies, and growing organizations that need practical HR support without the complexity of large enterprise systems.

While HRDocket helps users create professional HR documents quickly, users understand that the platform is intended to assist operational workflows and is not intended to replace independent legal, accounting, or professional HR advice.

2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

To access certain features of HRDocket, users may be required to create an account using secure authentication methods such as email login, Google authentication, or Microsoft authentication.

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and current,

  • You are authorized to use the business or company information entered into the platform,

  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,

  • Employee names,

  • Salaries,

  • Employment dates,

  • Job titles,

  • Contract details,

  • Company information,

  • Uploaded records,

  • Any information entered into the platform.

HRDocket automatically inserts user-provided information into templates and workflows. Because of this, the quality, legality, and appropriateness of generated documents partly depend on the accuracy of the information supplied by the user.

Users are also responsible for selecting the appropriate jurisdiction or country setting when generating documents. This includes selecting the correct region such as:

  • United States,

  • United Kingdom,

  • Ghana,

  • or other supported jurisdictions.

Failure to select the correct jurisdiction may affect the relevance or applicability of generated templates.

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes,

  • Attempt unauthorized access,

  • Interfere with platform operations,

  • Use HRDocket to generate fraudulent documentation.

Subscription plans may include:

  • Free access tiers,

  • Starter plans,

  • Growth plans,

  • Business plans,

  • Enterprise plans.

Each plan may include different limits relating to:

  • Employee profiles,

Certain advanced documents consume credits based on complexity and processing requirements.

Examples may include:

  • Promotion Letters,

  • Employee Handbooks,

  • Employment Contracts,

  • Warning Letters,

  • NDAs,

  • Policy Documents.

Free users may access limited previews or draft views of generated documents. However, downloading finalized documents, removing watermarks, applying signatures, or accessing premium features may require:

  • A paid subscription,

  • Additional credits,

  • Or separate payments.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment processors such as PayPal and other supported payment providers.

HRDocket does not store full payment card information directly on its systems.

Prices, subscription limits, and feature allocations may change over time. Users will be notified where required by law or platform policy.

Failure to maintain active payment status may result in:

  • Reduced platform access,

  • Feature restrictions,

  • Suspension of premium functionality,

  • Limited access to document downloads.

These features may include:

  • Template consistency checks.

The purpose of these tools is to provide users with an additional layer of operational awareness and document review support.

However, users acknowledge and agree that:

Certain documents may display:

  • User actions.

These records are intended to help businesses maintain organized operational documentation and accountability.

6. Proactive Monitoring and Alerts

HRDocket includes automated monitoring and reminder systems intended to help businesses avoid missed HR deadlines and administrative oversights.

The platform may generate alerts relating to:

Users remain fully responsible for taking necessary HR actions following notifications.

HRDocket cannot guarantee that alerts alone will prevent compliance issues, missed deadlines, or operational risks.

7. Data Security and Privacy

HRDocket understands that HR records contain highly sensitive information. Protecting user data and employee records is extremely important to us.

We implement security measures intended to protect:

  • Employee records,

  • Uploaded files,

  • Signatures,

  • Personal information,

  • Company data,

  • Authentication credentials.

Security measures may include:

  • Encrypted data transmission,

  • Secure storage protocols,

  • Role-based access controls,

  • Access logging,

  • Authentication safeguards.

Access to employee records may be restricted according to permissions established by account administrators.

Users are responsible for:

  • Managing user permissions appropriately,

  • Protecting login credentials,

  • Monitoring account access,

  • Removing unauthorized users.

While we strive to maintain strong security standards, no digital system can guarantee absolute protection against every possible cyber threat or unauthorized access attempt.

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and notify HRDocket immediately if they suspect unauthorized access or security concerns.

For additional information regarding data collection and privacy practices, users should review our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No setup fees apply,

Subscription access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Subscription type,

  • Credit usage,

  • Document downloads,

  • Feature consumption,

  • Abuse prevention policies.

Because many HRDocket services involve digital document generation and immediate platform access, certain purchases may become non-refundable once:

  • Credits are consumed,

  • Documents are downloaded,

  • Signatures are applied,

  • Premium features are actively used.

HRDocket reserves the right to review refund requests individually and determine eligibility based on account activity and applicable policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

HRDocket aims to provide reliable HR operational support tools, updated templates, and compliance-focused workflows.

However, users understand and agree that:

  • HRDocket cannot guarantee legal outcomes,

  • No software can fully eliminate HR risk,

  • Employment laws change frequently,

  • User decisions ultimately determine document usage.

HRDocket is not responsible for:

Users are solely responsible for reviewing documents before use and ensuring their operational decisions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRDocket’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the platform services during the applicable billing period.
